MultiBabyCare’s Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are normally processed on the same day, with the exception of weekends and holidays. In exceptional situations, like when receiving a high volume of orders simultaneously, the order processing may however take up to 5 business days.

You will receive an automated order confirmation e-mail immediately after the placement of your order, and a further shipment confirmation e-mail after your order was processed and shipped.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

We deliver to all countries of the world without additional shipping charge.

The estimated delivery time depends on your country, but usually takes between one and three weeks.

In exceptional cases, like unusually high simultaneous order volumes, shipping may take up to six weeks.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Shipping to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses may not be possible for all the items in our store, e. g. due to weight/size limitations. Please enquire with your P.O. box operator before placing your order to clarify the possibility.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

You will receive an order tracking number in the shipment confirmation e-mail after your order was shipped.

Customs, duties, and taxes

MultiBabyCare is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

MultiBabyCare is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
